Whether you are considering a meeting, a family reunion, an anniversary party or a wedding, we have a bright, welcoming space for you.
Recognizing the historic significance of Park Hall in its own right, as well as its historical role in the religious, social, and cultural life of the Sauk Prairie area, the Free Congregation of Sauk County considers it part of its mission to honor the heritage of our founders - who built Park Hall not only for their own use but as a community center to which people of all faiths could come for social, cultural, and recreational events - by continuing the tradition of making the Hall available and affordable to the public for appropriate uses.
Our Building and Rental Spaces
The main section measures 64 feet x 40 feet and houses the two-story hall on the first floor and a meeting space/dining room plus a kitchen in the basement. The upstairs space was originally called a ‘dance floor’. There is stage at the north end of the hall and a tuned piano and wireless sound system are available. With sets of windows 11 feet wide and 22 feet high on three sides of the hall, daylight streams in and the park outside becomes part of the interior. An elevator provides handicap access to the basement and first floor.
The large trestle tables used for dining in the basement can also be lifted apart and taken outdoors for picnics in the park. The kitchen has an electric stove, a refrigerator and microwave, lots of outlets and plenty of space for serving.
The Congregation makes a special effort to provideaffordable access to the Hall and its environs to charitable and non-profit organizations whose missions, goals, and principles are compatible with those of the Free Congregation.
If you would like to tour the facility or find out about costs, please contact Ellen Paul, Congregation Facilities Manager.
